Versatile and passionate violinist with extensive experience performing with leading orchestras such as the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra and the London Symphony Orchestra. Naomi has held a permanent position as first violinist with the Residentie Orkest The Hague since 2009.
She studied violin with Janice Graham at the Royal College of Music in London and previously with Peter Brunt and Kees Koelmans at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. At the age of eight, she was admitted to the Young Talent program at the Utrecht Conservatory, where she studied with Joyce Tan.
Naomi is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of musicians, both individually and in ensemble settings. As founder and artistic director of the Young String Players Foundation (Stichting Jonge Strijkers Nederland), she coaches young musicians in chamber music and orchestral playing.
